Owner Rick did a fabulous job of completely renovating our main bathroom. Renovating an entire bathroom down to the studs was not a option on the dropdown menu. He did install a bath exhaust fan but did a complete bathroom overall. He is meticulous, careful, neat and unobtrusive, which was important since I often work from home. I love our new bathroom so much. I can't wait to have him come back to do additional projects in my home. Wonderful to work with! He is the best!

The work turned out great and the price was great

Outstanding work and very professional. The prices are very reasonable and well worth it. I had my deck stripped of the paint, power washed, sanded, sealed, and new lattices put up. I have received many compliments from my neighbors. It is as if it is a brand new deck. We could not be happier with the work performed. A trustworthy and honest company. Will hire again for our future projects. We strongly recommend them.

Challenged Rick and crew to level the screened in porch off my 25-year-old deck. The cedar beams had rotted on one side and there was a noticeable sag. After the analysis received a detailed proposal and a reasonable cost estimate. Crew was on time and work was done to perfection. All is well. Diaz Renovations meets the adage â Promise only what you can deliver but deliver what you promiseâ . I will be using them again.

Very conscientious with an eye to detailâ ¦ it was a difficult job that they finished to perfection.

Workers kind and prompt. Had to keep a little eye on them- disconnected cable, small paint in carpet, did not put electrical covers back on. I would still use- owner was easy to work with. Fair value for money.

We hired Diaz Renovations to paint the entire interior of our house, including the interiors of windows and radiators. Rick Diaz was able to meet the deadline that we had, despite being short-staffed because of a worker injury. He came back later to finish up some details, meeting unanticipated challenges. His team is very pleasant, hard-working, and talented.

We hired Diaz Renovations to replace the wrought iron railings with wood on our cement front porch. Rick and his team were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with.
