Diaz Renovations surpassed my expectations. Owner Rick was so wonderful to work with. I work from home often but he was so unintrusive, super neat, cleaned up every day he was her and a joy to have in my home. I can't wait for him to do additional projects for me in the future.

We hired Rick and team to remodel two rooms in our house - the dining room and office. Full scope included wallpaper, wainscoting, painting and installing new light fixtures including wall sconces and pendant lights. Rick was prompt in his responses and got the project off the ground quickly - great communication throughout, started and ended work on time, and the result exceeded my expectations. I would definitely work with Rick and team again.

Installed 4 outside shutters, great job. Kept us on status on ordering, delivery and installation. Highly recommended.

Outstanding job. We had our deck stripped, power washed, sanded, sealed, and new lattices installed. Our neighbors complimented our deck on the fine job that was done. The deck looks brand new. Very happy and satisfied with the work done.

Challenged Rick and crew to level the screened in porch off my 25-year-old deck. The cedar beams had rotted on one side and there was a noticeable sag. After the analysis received a detailed proposal and a reasonable cost estimate. Crew was on time and work was done to perfection. All is well. Diaz Renovations meets the adage “Promise only what you can deliver but deliver what you promise”. I will be using them again.

There's a reason I keep calling Rick and his crew to come back to my house. It started as a simple painting of big rooms and gutting a closet, then they refreshed the tile on our fireplace (outstanding work). But most recently, he tore down walls, and built us the open floor plan kitchen/dining room of our dreams. Like any renovation there were hiccups, cabinet delays, and of course some Covid here and there. But Rick is the guy you want in charge. He is very knowledgable, always available to get ahold of, gives updates at the end of a long days work. He really listens to what you want, and he can make it happen. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the keys to my house.

Everything was very good from start to finish. Contacted me via email from the quote request I made on Angies List. He was out the next day for a quote. Very easy to talk to and work with. Quote was in hand a few days later. I sent in a deposit and we were scheduled just a few days later. The guys showed up on time both days. They sealed off the living room from the rest of the house to control the dust. They were polite, professional and very easy to talk with. Day one was spent doing plaster repair and painting the trim around the room. Day two was some sanding and all painting. When they finished, we looked over the work and confirmed it was all good. I was very happy with the job they did and would not hesitate to hire again.

This was a small job for Rick but he treated us with professionalism we will have him quote our next projects.

I had several minor remodel areas (redoing tile in bath, fixing stairs, closet doors, etc.). The work was quality and done in a timely manner. The crew was very professional throughout the whole process. I would absolutely hire Rick and his crew again for any future projects I need to get done.

Great service! Diaz Renovations was timely in their response to my initial call, provided a quote same day and was able to get the work done within a very tight deadline. We did not choose this company for this project, but Rick was very professional and punctual. He will return your phone call or e-mail and give you a price, which is a lot more than I can say of most of the contractors interviewed for this project. If I have another project in future, I would definitely give him an opportunity to perform the work.

We had our kitchen, hallways, skylight and bathroom ceiling painted, Diaz Renovations, Inc., did an excellent job.  They were professional, neat and clean.  We were very happy with the results.   I would recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors.
