Great job correcting sinking driveway, sidewalk and patio. Other companies bid half the scope for nearly the same price. The men who did the work were very professional answered any questions I had and made sure I was satisfied with everything they did. They went out of their way to fix a pre-existing issue so that the patio looked perfect when they left. My sidewalks and driveway were left completely clean and they made sure any overspray was promptly cleaned off the house. Highly recommend Julio and his team!

Went great. They were about 30 minutes early and communicated what work was going to be done. Answered my questions and had me come out and inspect the work before they left. Would hire again

I contacted Julio and he was very responsive initially in terms of pricing and scheduling. His crew arrived as scheduled. When they left I checked the work and the same gaps still existed. I contacted Julio and sent him pictures. He said they were not finished and would be back, but we did not have a scheduled date/time for that. They came back at a time that I was not at home and their completion of the job consisted of the most awful caulking job with caulk irregularly spread and on the stoop and the house siding. It truly looks for a four year old did it. I again contacted Julio with pictures and he said he would talk to his guys. I then waited for several days. When I did not hear back I contacted Julio. At first he said there was nothing he could do. Then he said he would get back to me. Then he said he was hired to lift the stoop and not for the caulking. Then he again said he would get back to me. He never has. The pictures show after the lift and after the caulking. I paid this company $475.00 for the job and the fact is that I was completely ripped off. I would not recommend this company.

These guys were very professional right from the beginning and throughout the entire process. Julio was prompt when he quoted the job, explained everything in detail, and performed the work as promised. His crew was professional and cleaned everything up before they left. Overall a great experience.

The team showed up and promptly got to work. They had to lift a 10 by 20 slab approximately 5 inches. They were professional and and methodical. They did not rush the job at all and wanted to get it right. The whole job took about 3.5 hours. We could not be more pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing! They took a concrete pad, cut it in half and raised one section to create a step. This allowed for easy entry into our building instead of a high stair. Secondly, they leveled a 50 foot long span of sidewalk where each section tipped a different direction. It was a mess and they made it smooth and hazard free.

Great communication from getting the estimate all the way through the completion of the work. For every appointment, I would get a phone call in advance with a very reasonable time window. They did a very good job lifting one side of the garage floor without any cracks in the slab. Cleaned up everything at the end and the price was very good.

It took a while for them to do the job after the initial estimate. Most likely do to small size of project.

The sidewalk leading to the front stoop had sunken a lot. Julio did a great job getting it back to where it is supposed to be. I wish I had known it was that easy! I would have had it fixed years ago! Thank you, Julio!

J+F did a fantastic job for a reasonable cost. They raised the driveway slab over 2 inches and the sidewalk is now even where it meets the driveway and leve3l straight to the house. They cleaned up after themselves, and I mean CLEAN. The holes needed to be drilled are in line as much as could be... If I could give an A+ I would. The warranty and the service are worth the cost, and more. During the process a corner was chipped and they repaired it, I was made aware that things like that could happen so it was no surprise it did, but it was a pleasant surprise they made it unnoticeable to anyone that didn't know it happened. I thought I took a gamble because they only had one review when I booked them, But here is mine and I do believe they will have plenty more happy customers. Thank you guys!

J & F did a great job. Julio was responsive, showed up on time and did a great job. They weren't able to shift over an extremely large piece of concrete that was out of alignment, but they did improve it, and we can landscape around the imperfection. We did have an estimate from another company that was a couple hundred dollars cheaper, but they never showed or contacted us back. So, there you go. Would hire J & F again.
