In the end, they not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. Icon assembled a talented team to execute the building of our house. They selected a group of subcontractors that had the necessary talents and attention to detail to be able to execute the detailed design that we entrusted to them. The efforts of the subcontractors were carefully guided by our superintendent, Mike P. In the office, Shawna H. did a great job navigating our project thru the challenging City review process. We had several challenges during the project, and the Icon team dealt with them in a positive manner. "I had my preventative maintenance appointment with Jim Ballard and he was great! I had a few questions about several services that PS offers and Jim thoroughly went over everything with me. I will definitely be booking an appointment again for poly leveling when the weather allows and have full trust that everyone I deal with will be just as great as Jim was!"

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

"RealSeal installed new drainage tiles and a sump pump in my approx. 950 sq. ft. basement. They also installed a tough waterproof membrane around that periphery. In order to do this, they had to cut out the bottom 2-4 ft of the drywall and studs in 2 rooms down there, and dispose of the debris. The ONLY reason I'm not giving them 100% on quality is that, while replacing the cement and rebuilding the slab for my laundry tub, they did not make the slab level, which has resulted in adjustments that are difficult to make, as my laundry tub is extremely heavy and difficult to nudge. Other than the problem with the slab, the workers were professional in their manner, and it appears that RealSeal has equipped them with very good gear and conditions; they seemed to actually enjoy their work. Jose, the foreman, was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. And Dan, the salesman, was also great in answering my many, many questions. The video on RealSeal's website was a good resource for me in envisioning the project. I would definitely recommend RealSeal to others."

"The construction went very well. It actually was completed before the estimate - it helped that I wasn't living here at the time. The workmanship is stellar and I am very pleased with the final product. They were responsive to my requests for little things to be changed - like the lights were installed upside down from what I wanted or the toilet paper holder needed to be moved. Angelo was friendly and I felt that he was taking care of my house & me like a father. Rose in the office answered every email and question in a timely manner. She's also followed up when I had an issue with my new dishwasher."

Our problem was a lot of loose vinyl siding on our two-story home that we were fearful of blowing away. They did a very good job lifting one side of the garage floor without any cracks in the slab. Cleaned up everything at the end and the price was very good."

He made an appointment for 1:00 and arrived at 12:59, spent a great deal of time examining the MANY issues with our foundation, explained what was going on at ground level and below and gave me options regarding the extent of his work. Chris McGirt came in and knew exactly what the crawl space of my home needed, he was very knowledgeable, and was even able to tell me some of the previous work that had been done before I purchased my house. He did take the time to verify the situation in the crawl space to make sure a dehumidifier would be the right and only necessary approach for my homes crawl space. All is well in the crawl space now!"
