After I asked the installer if he can trim it, he said he doesn’t have hand saw and cannot use his power saw to do it. He told me I will have to buy my own saw and cut it myself. After three months, I called because the ejector pump was running non stop. I called before 12 noon and he said he would arrive before 3. At 3 I called several times. He text me saying he “could not rush and he almost got into a car accident”. I replied asking when I should expect him. I waited until 10 pm and never got a response or phone call back. I hired another plumbing company to resolve the issue."
