He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. "There were a couple hiccups here and there, but when we explained that to Chris' team, they were quick to come up with a solution to the problem, and went so far as to talk with the software developers to find about a computer-based program that would incorporate the cameras into a single user experience. Luma cameras have some quirks, and if you like them, it can be a good experience, but they're expensive cameras, and the only ones offered for the installation. That's an important note, because if you don't like Luma, this will be a problem for the project. However, for the larger scale single-site installation, especially after Chris got back to us with the new Luma AWS (which was not out yet at the time of the installation), this team and this product were a good fit.
