David on both visits was very prompt and professional. He installed a mail slot on a steel front door and did quality work. 
He also fixed and reenforced a broken door that was damaged from an attempted break in. Because of David's work, nobody will be kicking down that door. David has excellent communication, fair pricing, and does excellent work.

David Roby was prompt when he came for an estimate. I hired him and he was prompt arriving on installation day, which was two days later.He did a perfect job. The chandelier had many crystals to hang after the installation was complete. He was patient and exact in doing this part of the job. He is a gentleman, very polite and and very efficient. I will use his service again. It is obvious he takes pride in his work.

He can do it all! He’s very thorough. His prices are very reasonable, he works by the hour. He’s fast and has a wealth of knowledge and can take care of many things at the same time.

We use John Farrug as our handyman and he is great. He called in Roby's Unique Services to do the eletrcial work on our long list of home improvements. They worked very well together, Roby did the electrical work quickly in one day and John finished up the plaster and paint where needed.

He is reasonably priced and will never do anything that doesn't need to be done. He is also an advocate for his customers. He is a licensed, bonded and insured and he can also provide contracting work as well. He is a licensed electrician.

David is a good person to know. He showed up on time. He fixed the problem. I will use him again!

WE HAVE USED DAVID IN THE PAST AND HE IS VERY THOROUGH AND CONSIDERATE OF OUR HOUSE. HE USUALLY CHANGES SHOES WHEN ENTERING THE HOUSE - KEEPING A PAIR FOR INSIDE WORK AND OUTSIDE WORK. HE HAS EXCELLENT PRICES - $30 AN HOUR PLUS TRAVEL TIME. I THINK OTHERS MIGHT BE ABLE TO DO THE WORK FASTER, BUT MY WIFE AND I ARE IMPRESSED ABOUT HIS THOROUGHNESS IN DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM BEFORE TRYING TO FIX ANYTHING. HE ALSO RECOMMENDS JOBS TO OTHERS WHEN HE BELIEVES THEIR SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES ARE BETTER THAN HIS, AND WOULD ALLOW THEM TO DO THE JOB FASTER AND CHEAPER FOR US. FOR EXAMPLE, IN THIS JOB I HAD ASKED HIM TO WIRE TWO ROOMS WITH SOME ETHERNET CABLE AND EXTEND SOME CABLE WIRING TO ANOTHER ROOM. HE SAID HE COULD RUN THE WIRE THROUGH THE CONDUIT BUT RECOMMENDED I USE SOMEONE ELSE AS THEY WERE SPECIALISTS IN THIS AREA AND THE TOTAL COST FOR THEM TO DO THE JOB WOULD BE CHEAPER THAN THE PRICE FOR THE PARTS HE WOULD HAVE TO BUY AT MENARD'S TO DO WHAT I WANTED.
