Best insulation pros near Chicago, IL

"Ricardo was not the cheapest but knew what I needed in a room ruined by freeze/thaw action last winter. He went the extra step and installed ceiling insulation as well."

"Used them to insulate the ceiling of a garage that was causing the room above it to be very cold in the winter. The crew did a great job."

"Attic Air absolutely lived up to their reputation. They did a GREAT job! I did my research in creating a short list of 3 bidders for the job. I have a bi-level house (4 levels) with 2 attics. We had black mold on the underside of the roof which we had remediated a week before having Attic Air come in to fix our ventilation and insulation issues. Our upstairs floor was cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The attic ventilation and insulation needed to get fixed, and I wanted to make sure I hired a good company to do it the right way so I never had to worry about it again. I made the right choice. The temperature throughout the house is so much more even now. Before Attic Air came out, the basement and sub-basement were freezing and the first and second floors were warm and hot. My over-sized top of the line Trane a/c unit was working overdrive to try to cool the 2nd floor and never could do it. The top floor is so much cooler now than before. It's really going to save my a/c unit in the long run. Attic Air was not the lowest bid of the 3, but you get what you pay for. If you want to get the best quality this is the company you want. I would haven't have changed a thing. Worth every penny!"

"Attic Pro Insulation did an outstanding job! They contacted me 10 minutes after I entered my search information. They were professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend them for anyone needing quality insulation work!"

"I am very happy with the work done by Green Attic Insulation. David and Charlie were very friendly, professional, responsive, and flexible in working with my changing needs. I originally was looking into insulation but then discovered there was mold in my attic. As the job grew, David, Charlie, and their team worked with me to address the additional parts of the job. I really appreciate their knowledge and the thorough job they did. They took many pictures of their progress and kept me informed each step of the way. Thank you very much!"

"David Dap and Son did a wonderful job cleaning out the crawlspace under my front porch and putting in Insulation. David is very knowledgeable about installation and was very clear in recommendations for what the job needed and how he was going to do it. One thing I really appreciated about David and his workmen were they were always on time and were efficient and hard workers. When the job was done, they cleaned up and l left the space better than they found it. I highly recommend David Dap and Son. They are trustworthy, do a wonderful job and I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"I'm proud to hear my son, Robert Wolfrum, is working for Perma-Seal. I first used Perma-Seal in the 80's for a foundation crack repair in our South Holland, IL home and then again at our Tinley Park, IL home. Both experiences were memorable and professional and fixed our basement water problems. It is good to know that my son is working for a reputable company that has been doing quality work for decades. I was surprised to hear that they do insulation and concrete leveling."

"Entire staff was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The quotes we received were detailed and submitted promptly. When the day came to blow in the cellulose insulation in our garage, it coincided with one of the snowiest and slippery days of the year. The two man team arrived on time and stayed until 6:30pm to finish. End result...on budget, on time and the cellulose has made a big difference."

"I am very pleased with my new windows. I used Home Genius Exteriors to do my roof, gutter protection, and now Windows. This is an absolute amazing company, my salesman brendan was very helpful, Devan the Project Manager helped make sure everything went smoothly. Walter and Mike also from production were very friendly and professional. And Shawn, the window installer was polite, knowlagable, and efficient. And even cleaned up on his way out. Next on the agenda is to get a new door taken care of. Highly recommend HGE"

"The Home Genius Exteriors team does excellent work. From the initial quote to the final walk through they are professional, patient, and, perhaps most importantly, available. I'm not completely "roofing naive" and I can say that their craftsmanship is top notch. They are a bit pricey in my opinion BUT I believe it to be a "you get what you pay for situation." You will certainly be in safe and certain hands with Mike, Walter, Luis and company. I would 100% keep them in mind for future projects."
