The job was completed and my tenant was very satisfied. It was a tricky job to avoid the door fitting too tightly but yet eliminating a drafty section. Good diagnosis and execution.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Proactive. Communication was always responsive. Everyone was professional and courteous even when our original plan changed. I asked for additional work after the original estimate of work. It did cost more than originally estimated but again I asked for the additional work so I was expecting the increase. i would recommend Proactive Prevention for anyone looking for handyman services.

Terrific. Ken was incredibly responsive, showed up on time, tried to save me money by repairing the disposal, and when it was clear replacement was necessary, he was just as responsive and timely. He worked incredibly efficiently.
