"Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. I called A1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services - Plumbing Contractor & Plumbing Installation and he came out the same night ( last tuesday) and gave me a resonable quote for the same services. When I tell you I am so glad I called this man. My house is 70 years old and my family has lived here for 26 years. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

"We called and they showed up with 2 hours so was real happy with that. Our downstairs toilet backed up. He came in tried to unclog it from the toliet but it didn't work so he went to the main drain and was able to get it cleared. He cleaned up after the work was done. let was backed up."

"We had a large graduation party happening on a Sat & realized a bad smell was coming out of the sewer drain of ground floor on Tues. The first estimate told me we needed to dig up the pipe (which was under 1.5ft concrete AND a finished tile floor w/ embedded radiant heat pipes) because there was definitely a hole or a backflow there causing poop sewage to sit in the p-trap and it was an emergency health hazard. The estimate was $4500-7000. I spoke to Trinidad who had called me second and told him what they were advising and he said “why don’t you try just flushing the line yourself with a garden hose and some Clorox or pineal and see what happens, because if there was a hole in the p-bend there would be no water there” plus the smell would have been godawful. So I did that and the smell receded a huge amount. I thought I still smelled it that evening & he estimated a pro flush right away, was responsive fast via text, and I appreciated his honesty greatly."

Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

"I cannot say enough good things about Abraham and his team. They were indispensible during a challenging and stressful move. Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans. He was patient, thorough, and went WAY above and beyond any expectations in both service, execution, and generosity. "I was really pleased with the guys that did the work on my crawl space, they explained things very thoroughly. What they fixed did fix the problem with the center beam in the house, but did not fix the wall/floor separation of the laundry/furnace/utility room. I was kind of bummed that the 5500.00 we spent didn’t fix the problem. When the guys explained why it didn’t fix the problem and what needed to be done I felt better about the extra 1100.00 expense. Both times they came out they were very friendly and explained exactly what they were doing and seeing the photos of the work they were doing was very helpful seeing what they were doing. You have a great group of guys working for you from the sales guys to the installation techs."
