I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. I didn't take any other prices, so I don't know if that was a good price or not. It seems to be fine. It hasn't been in very long, but the sump pump works great. They were here right away. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."
