After answering the call to improve thousands of homes and businesses’ indoor air quality, Mr. Duct experienced explosive growth: first relocating to a larger office in Lisle, IL and then establishing seven additional offices to ensure outstanding service for both Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. "Unprofessional. Mardell (at N-Route) moved the washer/dryer out of place in a haphazard way and broke the vintage tile without informing us that he was moving it. He refused to take responsibility for the damage, nor the repair fee he would already charged. The tile is 100 years old and very difficult to replace."
