I had a pretty extensive drain back up into my shower that I attempted to address myself to no avail. Chris was incredibly prompt to respond to my request for service, came out within the hour on a Saturday and spent quite some time attacking the issue. When it was determined he needed more equipment and a second set of hands he assured me he would be back first thing the next day, Sunday, which he did. The issue was resolved, Chris was informative, helpful, charged fairly for the work and professional every step of the way. I will for sure be using him again and highly recommend him!

Chris at Criss Cross Plumbing is a pro..! I sent in a request, and within 30 minutes he was calling be back inquiring if he could stop by to investigate. He came, gave me a quote and came first thing Friday morning and fixed the problem. â Johnny on the Spotâ . I would recommend him to friends and family..!

We had problems of our drains being clogged...Chris put in a new sewer ejector pump which eliminated our sewer being clogged...made a call and two hours later our problem was resolved...Professional service in a timely fashion...his cost were reasonable...would highly recommend his services...
