I had an emergency plumbing situation at my rental property that required major work. A Solution came out the same day that I called (Saturday, within 2 hours) and assessed the problem. Due to the severity of the problem of my tenant's only washroom, it was placed out of commission. To my surprise, they agreed to come out on Sunday (Father's Day) to rod out the main drian line for the washroom allowing my tenants to use the washroom until the major repair was performed. A Solution returned Monday and completed the repair. All work was done in a professional manner and met all municipal codes. I was well pleased with the service and the professionalism that was provided. Thanks for coming through for me in a pinch.

We had a large graduation party happening on a Sat & realized a bad smell was coming out of the sewer drain of ground floor on Tues. The first estimate told me we needed to dig up the pipe (which was under 1.5ft concrete AND a finished tile floor w/ embedded radiant heat pipes) because there was definitely a hole or a backflow there causing poop sewage to sit in the p-trap and it was an emergency health hazard. The estimate was $4500-7000. I spoke to Trinidad who had called me second and told him what they were advising and he said “why don’t you try just flushing the line yourself with a garden hose and some Clorox or pineal and see what happens, because if there was a hole in the p-bend there would be no water there” plus the smell would have been godawful. So I did that and the smell receded a huge amount. I thought I still smelled it that evening & he estimated a pro flush right away, was responsive fast via text, and I appreciated his honesty greatly.

A Solution Sewer & Plumbing showed up exactly when they said they would, cleared the blockage, scoped the pipe, explained the probable cause of the blockage, cleaned up afterward, and charged me exactly what they quoted. They are very professional.

All I can say is, if you are looking for a amazing reliable plumbing service you canâ t go wrong them. They were extremely professional. I was trying to figure out the issue with my plumber for years. Other plumbers could not figure it out. Only seemed like that they were only interested in making a quick buck. But A Solution came out figure out my issue explained everything to me and if I had any questions they answered them. Very cost effective and efficient. You canâ t go wring with A Solution. Thank you so much so grateful to have found your company.

When we called the company we talked to Trinidad, He sounds very professional and trustworthy however while they were doing our job they damaged our garage and our outside water spicket. In addition a poor job was done on cementing the sidewalk and the dirt around it is sinking. We paid 11000$ for the work (was on the high side). They refused to fix correctly the damage he caused and to fix the issues with the sinking dirt which is now a safety issue. This company does not stand by their work, I really recommend staying away from them.

Not only did they show up late but they came in and they made the situation worse, The sink is still non functional and part of their equipment is lodged in my pipes. They gave me a quote of 185-225 and now they gave me a quote of 1200-1300 to rectify the situation. They offered no type of compensation for making it worse.

Sewer rodding of a 4â drain and a 2â drain clogged by our washing machine and a couple of roots. On time and the job was completed In about 45 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves. Iâ d hire them again

Very professional and helpful. They solved my issue quickly and brought calm to a stressful situation. I will be using them to help with future repairs this spring.

The overall service was good. A couple of hiccups, the company did not advise me of a two hour window so based on the promised time they were late, also a correction was needed on the invoice, I had to make several calls in order to get the invoice corrected. It took more than a week to correct.

Good communication, thoughtful around my home, on time and did a great job...this is all I can ask.

If you are having a problem , these are the people to call, they have the right name , they were the Solution to my problem.
