"Joe was amazing! He was friendly, professional, and completely prepared for all possibilities! Initially I had needed help with frozen valves in my bathroom, a sink and faucet installation, and a new garbage disposal installation. I had purchased a countertop with an integrated sink from a home improvement store. When we opened the undamaged box, we discovered that the counter was broken! I was really unhappy and I thought the project was derailed, but Joe was incredibly kind and went to the store with me to make sure that I was able to get it sorted out. He was very cool with teaching me about simple repairs and how to maintain my plumbing. He taught me a lot of things, and was exceedingly patient. He also has a really calm temperament which made the entire experience fun. I had a great time learning from Joe, the work is beautifully done, and my project list is complete!
