Wendrick's White Plumbing

Dillon came out to repair/fix a sanitary sump cover that wasn't sealing any more and letting smells into the basement. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He thoroughly explained my options to repair as well as estimated time and cost of each. Since a 29 year old check valve could eventually be a problem I asked him to add that to the request. He had one on his truck so a 2nd visit wasn't needed. This did require new PVC work as the previous installation left no room for a simple replacement repair. He also cleaned out the silt and plant growth from my storm sump. He provided an estimate to replace my aging hot water tank and detailed info about a tankless option. He possessed a remarkable supply of information about all manner of things. He cleaned up well, leaving no debris behind. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for him when doing any future work. $995 total.

Mike and Roberto did an excellent job. Arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently without any issues. Provided detailed operating instructions and cleaned the area before leaving. Would definitely recommend to others and will be the plumber I call in the future.

They are excellent and frankly they are the best. They are very prompt, kind, and they clean up really nice. We have used them for about 46 years and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Once they got there, they were really fast on installation. Because they were installing a disposal, they rodded the sink drain for free. One of the guys that came out was the owner. Really nice guy. Very helpful.

He told me I would have to pay to have a new toilet installed. This is not acceptable since it never worked properly from the start and their efforts to fix it did not.

We had a house inspection which determined there was a gas leak from the piping going into our water heater. Since Hendricks installed the water heater (years ago) and they are my "go to" plumbing service, I gave them a call and they came right out to check out the situation. Found and almost infinitesimal leak. The leak was in an area that they did not touch when they installed the water heater, but as a courtesy, they fixed it...for no charge. These guys are great and I highly recommend their services...and keep in mind, cheapest is not always best, especially in plumbing. Their pricing tends to be a little higher but is fair in relation to the quality of service they provide.

The technicians were good and they know the job what they are doing. They finished the job in two hours. I would definitely recommend using the company.

We've used him twice. Once last year to fix a sink leak. He's wonderful. It's a family business, a young man and his two uncles. We're going to use them until the house burns down, that's how much we like them. The quality of his work is impeccable. they're extremely personable. They generally come within 24 hours of your call. The price was wll within what we had priced ourselves. It was well within a reasonable amount. We thought the price was fair.

He was great and very reasonable.  He was in and out in an hour.  I would certainly use him again!

He found that the original flange had been broken. It required the installation of a replacement that involved providing additional stability so that the commode would be sturdy.

Great service. We've used Wendricks before and have always been happy with the results. They're a family business and everyone is nice and professional. His schedule was running behind that day but communication was great and he stayed and finished the job. I would also add that once the job was finished, and even thought it was late in the evening, he still took the time offer advice on a few other issues. We'll definitely be contacting them for future work.

As always, prompt and courteous. Installed the new water heater and hauled old away.

Mike came out over a month ago to give me an estimate. The price was in line with other estimates I received but just in speaking with him he seemed to understand the problem better and had more confidence in the repair steps. I made an appointment for today. They were running behind from their morning work but they called to keep me informed and finally showed up. Mike and Roberto did an excellent job! They laid down tarps on my stairs and in the work area to keep things clean. The work went very smooth and 1, 2, 3 it was done. They did a very good cleanup. Total cost matched the estimate and they gave me a detailed receipt. I was very pleased and will certainly call Wendricks-White Plumbing for any future needs.
