"This is the second time we used Bald Eagle Construction. Kevin Wood is the owner and he is prompt with his arrival and accurate with his estimates. We used Bald Eagle to replace the roof on our previous house and knew we would let him give us an estimate again on this house. We trusted that he and his crews would do a good job again. We were kept well informed by Kevin on what we needed to have done before the work began and he called to make sure we were satisfied and even came by to pick up the final check after the work was completed. "Great work! Tony came out to give us a quote and I couldn't do much becuase we hadnt exposed the walls and taken down the dywall and insulation. My husband did that (to save us money) and the next day we got a huge rainstorm and tony came out again (he was not even scheduled to) and saw the problem and told me how they'd fix it. He was great at explaining it in laymens terms. They were booked 3 weeks out (popular) and they guy came to fix it and man did he earn his $$. The 3 cracks in all different walls were huge and they sealed from the inside all the way to the outside. "Anthony and his team were very professional. They did a perfect job, gave us an estimate of the work that should be done to maintain the chimney and the masonry. Work was done in about 45 minutes and they cleaned the area of operation. Anthony took the time to explain what has to be done and why, as well as what would happen if we don't do the recommended work. Overall I can recommend this company."

"A few days before the drain tile install a mason came and bricked in the window of the window well.  On the day of the install three men worked at our house.  One man spoke english, the others not so much.  The men removed a basement window to carry out the broken pieces of concrete.  They shut the door to the room in which the drain tile was installed to keep down the dust.  We had to remove tile prior to the install.  The men were able to drill within the space provided.  The install went smoothly.  The village inspector came during the install to approve the work and at the end to check to concrete.  We were approved.  We got the drain field extension out into our front year. We were told that the cover would be able to mowed over but now their are small rocks around the pop up cover.  Not a big deal but different than we expected.  Anything to keep water out of our basement.
US Waterproofing was a great company to work with.  We made the estimate appointment on line from their website. Chris came out to do the estimate. Seemed to know his stuff.  He was very responsive to our emails.  Nick was the project manager who came out before the install.  He too was very quick to respond to questions.  I would have liked him to stop in on the day of the install to check on things.  The men who did the install worked hard.  I wish we were told ahead of time that they needed to take out the basement window but it worked out.  The final village inspection found that the men had not sealed the exterior pipe to the house.  They returned within a few days to fix that oversite.    Overall we are pleased with the work of US Waterproofing.  I would recommend them to others.
