From the very first conversation to the moment the job was done, Martino and his wife, Victoria, made me feel like I truly mattered — not just another customer or profit. Martino was professional and genuine from the start. He told me their top priority is their clients, making sure they get the best experience possible. He also said it’s not about the money for him — it’s about helping people. Both Martino and Victoria are very spiritual and believe they’re here to do God’s work, and I could really feel that in how they treated me. Things have been tough lately, and they personally reached out to assure me not to worry. They worked with me to make sure my home would be protected before the winter. I had a new roof put on a year ago but needed new gutters because water was seeping into my house. They helped me stay within my budget and still get quality work done — they truly saved my home! Their team was friendly, professional, and always on time. The finished work looks amazing — the pictures speak for themselves. Other companies I spoke with made me feel like just another job, but Faithful Roofing & Masonry treated me with compassion and respect. I highly recommend them for any roofing, siding, masonry, or window/door work. They treat your home like it’s their own, and that kind of care is hard to find these days. Contractor Martino was very professional and relatable. He also pays attention to detail of the work performed. I really appreciate the contractor for correcting his workers on little details before I said anything. To me, that displays real integrity. I am very satisfied with the completed service. I would definitely use this company again in the future and refer to others.
