"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."

Since its beginning, Guardian Plumbing, Heating & A/C has been involved in projects as small as the simplest service call to design build projects from conception to completion of jobs over $1.6 million. We offer design build, engineering and application services for items related to this trade. Our customers are served with a fulltime office staff working 5-days a week, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our service department hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 5-days a week. We offer 24-hour emergency service 7-days a week. We have one of the largest inventories of heating, air conditioning, plumbing parts and equipment in the area. "My parents are elderly and live in Pomeroy. Guardian installed a heat pump for them several years ago. The first time it was wired incorrectly and they had to return to correct it. This winter it stopped working and they had no heat. The heat pump was still under warranty. I called Guardian after my parents said they had called several times and were "getting the runaround". I was completely shocked when the female employee who answered the phone told me that they were not going to make a special trip to Pomeroy for one customer. She explained they had no other "runs" in Pomeroy and would not respond. I would not recommend Guardian to anyone. This is an unethical and unprofessional business practice. What kind of company installs a product and then refuses to repair it when it is still under warranty? We called Up The Creek on Thain and they immediately responded and were very helpful."
