I don’t normally write reviews for services rendered but I must make an exception for the workers at B&G plumbing, especially Matt who is not only an exceptional plumber but person as well. He went out went out of his way to work on and repair a plumbing mishap at my house. He immediately answered my call and drove out to my house to check and repair my leak. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and proficient. If you need an experienced plumber, you won’t go wrong with B&G Plumbing with a special shoutout to Matt for being so helpful and easy to work with. You have my highest rating and respect. Thank you again for your help and professionalism.

He didn't tighten the bolts on the toilets

The man that came out was professional and courteous.  He called before he came over to make sure we were home.  He took all the necessary steps to remove the old water heater and bring in the new one.  He was fast, efficient, and friendly.

 Good professional plumber showed up as promised, made quick but effective repair, was gone in 20 minutes. Left interior drywall cutouts for me to repair. Charge per minute was a little steep, but acceptable.

They did a great job. I have used them a number of times and have always been satisfied.

Not a  single problem.  Work was done promptly, efficiently and well.  It turned out the water heater they recommended and installed was top of the line which is a lot better than I probably would have done in my selection.  That was two years ago.  They had done several smaller repairs for me previously and have always been prompt, courteous and effective.
Recently, I had occasion to need their services once again.  It took two days for them to get back to me.  I had another flooding in my basement.  Two days later was not when I needed them.    I called both the office and emergency phone numbers and did not get a response.  
When I learned what the problem was, I called again to see if they could install a sewer line for me.  I talked with the administration assistant at the office and she assured me I would be contacted shortly.  Again, it was two days later when I heard from them.  I was  told they had been very busy.  A call back only takes a few minutes.  I was very disappointed and chose another contractor.  Don't know what the problem was but the lack of attention certainly changed my feelings towards them.   A delay in correcting the problem would not have been a problem for me but I needed advice and assurances.

. These guys show up when they said they would, they don't waste time, they know what they are doing and they almost always have the parts with them. They are not messy and they are polite. They explain why they are doing what they need to do and also discuss options.

The plumber was a bit ahead of schedule so he called to ask if he could come earlier than the set time. He determined the need for pressure expansion tank by testing the old one. He explained how the tank worked and the purpose for it. (the same information I received when it was replaced the last time - extreme water pressure in my lines). He also determined that the anode rod was likely at the end of its life and explained how the rod works and that the life expectancy is about 5 years, the age of the heater. He asked if I wanted a new one at this time and I agreed. Rather than pulling the old one out, he added the second one and explained that in about 5 years, the old one could be pulled and a new one inseserted. The entire visit was just under an hour. He cleaned up all his 'mess' and wiped down the tile floor before he left.

They were very personable but pushy to sell other things.

Great work. Ended up having to drill through 20" of concrete and rock foundation. Hard work.

The job that the company and their employees perform are always timely and professional. They get permits and work closely with city officials to do the job right. You might be able to find someone to do it a bit cheaper but... sometimes you get what you pay for. Myself, I'll pay for a good job the first time.

This is a superior company.  They show up when they say they are going to show up. Their pricing is fair, they work quickly and most important for plumbers, they keep the job site clean. They have all the parts on their truck and the workers are highly skilled. They are easy to talk with, explain options and are very Professional.

The work was absolutely fabulous. We are so excited about how everything turned out. There was no hassle, they knew what they were doing, and got it done in timely manner. They were trustworthy and reliable. We were very pleased with the service of this company.
