  A full work crew showed up daily so the six day estimated painting job was actually completed in 4 days. All workers were courteous and left the property clean with equipment in order for the next day's work. My request to use a certain company's paint other than that of the paint company Lo's normally contracts with was granted without a problem. At job's end a walk around of the house with the project manager took place. Any exceptions I noted were accepted without hesitation and corrected. The job was not considered finished until I was completely satisfied. One call back was required a few days later to give the front door another coat and my call was accepted cheerfully and the work was done immediately. No money is accepted until the customer accepts the completed work. If they felt that strongly about their finished product by working deposit free, then I knew I could count on them to do exactly what they promised to doshow more

He was always on time and left the job site clean on a daily basis. Bill was flexible enough to add the project of staining our deck which wasn’t originally part of the estimate. His prices are very competitive-he’s not the lowest nor highest priced, and even though his prices came in very fairly, the work he did and customer service he provided was excellent. I believe you get what you pay for, but in this instance I believe the service and results we got far exceeded what we paid!   They were very friendly and personable. We enjoyed talking with them and that gave us insight about their work ethic. Our property is a rental and it needed repainting. They gave us their opinions of our choices as to the quality and comparison's of Behr vs Sherman Williams . We stayed with our Behr choice and opted for their choice of sheen. They pressure washed the entire structure, sealed the cracks throughout, taped EVERYTHING, painted and cleaned everything up.. Other than the new paint on the house you would never know they had been there We are in love with the color and have already spoken to them about painting the stucco on our home.   Kevin was incredible to work with, he was very responsive in providing a bid and the timing for the job. Based upon his feedback on what needed to be done and an honest approach, I hired him immediately. Once I had everything ready on my end, I called him up, gave him the colors and he was here. He pressure washed the house, then caulked the prepped the house for paint, then sprayed the house with two coats. The last two days were spent doing trim and wow did it look good.   My home's exterior was in really bad shape. I was putting it on the market for sale and it needed work badly. New deck out back that needed a finish put on it. Inside was dreary and needed some brightening. Kevin was very professional and I trusted him to be there when I was at work all day. He changed the color on my exterior and WOW did it ever turn out great! He had helped suggest the colors for the house and it's trim and he was right. Stunning is all I can say. The interior colors were blah and by adding real 'color' the house just changed. I almost didn't want to sell anymore. The new colors brightened even the dark carpeting to add some life in the house. The finish on the deck sure made a difference too. No staining was added, just a waterproof finish, but it made it look like brand new. Even the dog dust didn't cling anymore. Beautiful.
