I only hire based on reviews, and Professional Contracting Iowa has excellent reviews - the fact that people take the time to provide a review speaks volumes. Chris provided great advice prior to getting the bid - we talked about concrete being associated with firepits, and Chris recommended that we place firebricks around the pit. He was the only contractor to make this recommendation, and I feel it demonstrated the expertise I was looking for to manage my project. He also spent time to look at a sidewalk that his team had NOT poured to provide me perspective on the issues I was experiencing. Chris has a team of professionals that truly care about customer excellence - they kept checking in with me as the project was being completed to ensure that I was provided an opportunity to help make decisions. Bob, another team member, represents the company well - I work in executive customer service for another company, and Bob provided me the same experience that I attempt to provide my own customers. "Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."
