"Quick to schedule me and good quality of work. UPDATE 8/23/22: Our experience with this company will sound outrageous to any decent human being. We hired them to install a range hood in September 2021. They showed up and did a good job installing it for us. Then they suggested we also install a vent cover which they could make it for us for $200. We thought it would be nice to cover the vent so we agreed and paid them to bring it to us later. Then things started to escalate from here. They promised to drop it off on Oct 6, DID NOT show up. Then on Nov 1, my husband contacted them, they promised to drop it off the second day, DID NOT show up. My husband contacted them three times in December (Dec 1, 16, and 17), and they replied on Dec 17 saying that they would bring it on the 24th, DID NOT show up. Contacted them again on Dec 30, said they would come, DID NOT show up. Ever since then, they stopped replying to our messages. We texted them at least once a month, with NO RESPONSES AT ALL. Yesterday (August 23, 2022), I called them and someone picked up. I confronted them and they told me they NEVER came to where I live to do any job! This is completely unprofessional and outrageous. We gave them the benefit of the doubt but they failed us over and over again. They either deliberately lied to us or they intentionally stole from us! It is disgusting! Today is August 23, 2022. we called them and an automated voice said, this number has a caller restriction which prevents us from calling them!!! We tried to be as civilized as we can but this is beyond unacceptable. If this is how they do business with everyone, then they will be out of business in no time! We will expose them on every platform they are on so no one else will fall for their despicable act!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"They said you could not put a outlet closer than 3 feet in the bathroom-GFCI? They left the house muddy (its was snowing/raining) everyday they work in the house. Never cleaned up after themselves. The owner is very unprofessional and racists, even though he hires Latinos. They drove on the grass and tore up. They completely missed driving on the driveway. Never offered to fix it. Did not complete all the items listed in the quote we agreed upon. Tried to charge me $400 to stub in for a ceiling fan. replacement outlets, they made the drywall opening larger than the outlet cover and would not repair. Pretty anything they messed they refused to fix. THEN the owner after I requested money off for items forgotten or missed and things he ruined, he has the balls to call the building permit dept because i removed drywall in the dining room. super dick move!!! and not trustworthy."
