They punctured the stand pipe to my upstairs bath room with a screw and after the screw corroded, I had sewage leaking inside my wall in my kitchen and into my basement cement blocks. They left the house without siding during the middle of the winter. Wanted full payment before they completed the job. Didn't complete the trim painting until July. Job was contracted in the prior Fall. They kept putting off my job until it ended up not being completed until the following summer. Very dissatisfied with work and the negative attitude of Brian regarding payment for work that was not completed. Repair work was done by another company as I would never recommend or hire Buresh again.

When you paid us in full I thought that was confirmation we had addressed your issues because you did hold back payment until we addressed them. I am sorry if that assumption was wrong. I do need to address the issue of payment. We never asked to get paid in full before all work was completed. As our contract states, we will get progress payments for completed work especially when there is painting that needs to be done for a project we are doing in the winter. I am also sorry about the painting taking a while to get to but we worked through our projects for painting that carried over from the prior year that signed contracts before you. Also weather really affected us during your project so it took longer and we were prohibited from working due to the weather on some of the days. Again, I am sorry for your dissatisfaction. When I asked my furnace repairman how I could lower my heating bills, he said get new windows on our 57 year old home. A neighbor just had her back deck replaced by Buresh Home Solutions and was very happy with the job they did, and highly recommended them. Their salesman came out, and had a promotional package we couldn't ignore, so we replaced ALL the windows upstairs, ALL basement half windows downstairs, and our rear door. The price was right, the work was very professional, and we lowered our thermostate two degree....... hopefully forever! We recommend Buresh Home Solutions for any home improvement project. Buresh provided excellent customer service, a quality product, and a reasonable price for the work done. I thought that I needed to have new gutters on my detached garage also, but Brian told me that he could work with the existing gutters on the structure to accomplish my goals. I was extremely appreciative that he did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. The team who came to install the gutters were prompt, courteous, and left the property cleaned up better than how they found it. I will definitely be calling Buresh again. Thanks for the great work!

Brian and his crew did a great job of getting us what we wanted. We needed a second way to access our deck off the back of the house and the Buresh Team installed a new slider for us in less than a day! Work was done quickly and they did a great job of cleaning up after. We've had the slider now almost three years and it has worked perfectly, as designed!

Brian Buresh was great to work with. We saw the work they completed on another house in our neighborhood and called for a quote on ours. They were prompt on coming out and giving us a quote, and explained everything in detail. The work crews were great to work with and kept the areas clean during construction. New siding and paint look fantastic and the quality of workmanship is top-notch. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I felt Brian was very professional and knowledgeable when presenting his product. He was prompt with his appointments and took time to answer my questions. I appreciated going to his office and seeing the Sunrise windows that I ended up ordering. Unfortunately, the windows came back to Buresh in the wrong color. Whose error that was, I don't know. However, he got the windows reordered and they finally came in. The two installers did a careful, thoughtful job, so I am very pleased with the end result. The only negative is that I had to make repeated phone calls to get a date to get the windows installed once i heard that they had arrived.

We are thrilled with the work Buresh Home Soloutions did on our home. Brian was great to work with in the planning stages and throughout the project, the product we choose (LP Smartside DiamondKote) is absolutely beautiful...It looks like a brand new home! Old gutters were packed with maple seeds. They took those down, pointed out areas that needed improved, put up the new gutters, and made sure the place was spotless before they left. They were extremely professional. We would definitely use this company again!!
