"The employees always arrived within the agreed upon timeframe. The company always called in advance of an employee's arrival. They were always polite and professional. There was some risk that the compressor had been damaged and would not restart. It appeared that it had been exposed to the atmosphere for some time and that water may have gotten into the system. The only way to find out was to repair the tube, recharge the system, and attempt to restart it, a significant expense ($700). If the compressor did not restart, due to the changes in technology and environmental laws, replacing it might not be possible. The repairman suggested that a new system might not be much more expensive than total cost of discovering the compressor was bad and then replacing it, if that was even possible. (He naively thought a new system was in the $3000-$4000 range.) The company was eager to make the quote on a new system ($5000+), but not so enthusiastic about researching the availability of parts and prices for compressor replacement. However, after I pointed out that I certainly would not buy a new system without getting quotes from other providers, and that I could not make a decision to buy without knowing what the potential repair costs were for the old system, they gave me a quote on replacing the compressor should it be necessary ($2400). Happily, the system restarted without a problem, so my total cost was $700."

"Rooter Pro Plumbing GA really helped us by repairing a leak that was causing us to have huge water bills. Other plumbing companies were afraid to touch it. It was a difficult galvanized pipe repair, and they tackled it intelligently and efficiently. We were very happy with their work, and very appreciative that they were willing to do the repair."

"Water was leaking through the ceiling of our downstairs laundry room from the upstairs master bath shower. Alan from Coolray/Mr Plumber came out promptly.  Since our house is over 35 years-old, he had to replace the drain from under the shower.  To do this, he had to go through the laundry room ceiling. After this was repaired, another leak was discovered.  This time he had to repair it through the closet on the other side of the shower."

"Punctual, professional, communicative, accomadative, knowledgeable about job, courteous, SUPER FAST. I am still pleasantly surprised. At first, I did not allow myself to exhale. I waited to see what the catch was. It's been over 10 days and everything is working great. I was even able to get an upgraded hot water heater at no additional cost! When I woke up on Christmas eve day to find my hot water heater was leaking, I did not know what to expect. After contacting the manufacturer and verifying it was under warranty, I found several companies that could do the work. I chose lionsgate and who would have thought they would be at my home the morning after Christmas and would be through in less than 2 hours! He left everything clean too. Just an all around excellent experience!"

"Good job – technician had good recommendations. Right on time. Only thing I’m not happy with was the call plumber made to Peachtree emergency water removal because they ripped me off!"

"What a great experience.  Jeff showed up on time and provided a quick and professional evaluation.   He didn't try to push any unneeded repairs and told me straight out that I didn't require any of his services.  Jeff did provide me with some great tips on water proofing my home and solid references for some local contractors.  If you want the straight scoop, see Jeff first.
