"Larry came out to look at the job of a basement remodel and immediately noticed the beam issue before we said anything. We decided at this time to just fix the support structure. We eventually want a wall under one beam but we wanted to leave the other part of the room open. Larry came out and used jacks to straighten out the beams and then built a wall under the one beam that will be finished in a future job and then braced and supported the open beam.He used an LVL beam the proper size and length and built up the column to make the house sound again. Very knowledgeable and we would highly recommend Lar-Con."

"We recently had our front and back porches enclosed by Built Different Construction LLC, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth. They were exceptionally easy to work with, maintaining clear and open communication throughout the entire project. Their pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden surprises. They delivered on their promises and completed the job right on schedule. We're thrilled with the quality of their work and would definitely hire them again for future projects. I highly recommend Built Different Construction LLC to anyone in need of a reliable and professional contractor. Five stars!"

"We hired Derik to remodel a 30-year-old bathroom. Derik was always on top of communicating with us before and during the project. He kept us in the loop on progress and if he ran into any issues. He delivered on both the quoted price and time to complete the job. We were very impressed with his overall view, prep work and clean-up. The remodel turned out beautifully!!! Derik was professional, on schedule, and workmanship was spot on. We’re very happy with his work, would highly recommend, and are willing to hire him again."

"Very well. I was skeptical at first but Mr Miller put me at ease by sending his information and was very transparent. He said he would be at the location at a specific time, and was. Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be using him again for my future projects."

"Kimberly and her team did a great job updating my kitchen and flooring. They were timely, efficient and did quality work."

"They remodeled one bathrooom back in 2019 and I had them do another bathroom and work in the kitchen. The tiling is perfection! They pay attention to detail, are conscientious about clean up as well. Also, they were able to work very fast!"

"Mark Goodson was selected to complete and finish our basement after several bids. Mark is very experienced, has good references and was fair with his pricing. He answered all of our questions from the beginning thru the entire process, including positive feedback from our original design. This resulted in a change that turned out great! Mark is very detailed in his workmanship, is always available and communicates well. This included an itemized budget within his contract to breakdown costs for each phase (no surprises). His crews were friendly, courteous and cleaned up after each day they worked. Our friends and neighbors have been very impressed with our finished basement and we would highly recommend Mark Goodson the "basement specialist"! The Little Family"
