"If you need a roofing company, this is it. Fortunately I was referred to them. The quality of their work can not be matched – from the very beginning they were so responsive to me with each additional question I could think of. I had planned on delaying getting a new roof, hoping to last just a little bit longer, and was in the process of getting quotes - but once I found them I changed my mind and am really glad I did so. After the installation of the new roof, there was no old black roofing material anywhere to be seen on the ground PLUS they even rolled a magnetized device everywhere to pick up any nails that might have been on the ground. The house and area was left so pristine that no one would have known such a big job of putting on a new roof had been done! This is a true 5 Star Job and Company!"

I started discussions with Crestmark in mid-April 2013, receiving an actual quote and invoice in mid-May. They performed the roof repair and it was completed by the end of June, with the work crew doing superior work. With the roof complete, there was approximately $8,000 worth of repairs remaining to be completed. When I had not heard from Crestmark by the second week in July, I attempted to contact them by email and phone but to no avail. I finally made contact by phone shortly into September (four months into our repairs!) and expressed such frustration with the owner that a representative emailed me that afternoon, promising to come by and estimate the materials needed for completion. A week later they came out and partially finished the chimney framing but left it unpainted and none of the facia or soffet work done. On September 19, I received an email from the same representative promising to "get a list of what needs to be finished tomorrow and we will get it done". I have not heard from Crestmark since (today is November 9, 2013) nor has any work been performed. While Crestmark Roofing promised much and their price was fair, the lack of communication and follow-up has negated what should have been a relatively easy success.

On November 9, 2013, I provided Crestmark with advance notice of my Angie's List review to allow them an opportunity to responds and/or attempt to remediate our concerns. On November 21, 2013, I received an email stating they were ordering the remaining materials and would have the job completed within 2-3 weeks. However, I heard nothing else from my job representative into mid-January. On January 22, 2014, I contacted the Angie's List POC for Crestmark Roofing, Gary Yates. In contrast to my experiences with the prior representative, Mr. Yates was professional, responsive, and extremely disturbed over how the job had been handled. To his credit, he did not fain concern in an effort to win back business; instead, it appears he made a diligent effort to objectively investigate the status of our job and what led to our displeasure. Mr. Yates kept me informed throughout the 23rd, checking for additional information and clarifying points of confusion. On January 24, Mr. Yates and I met in person, where he apologized for the problems with this job and updated me on the results of his investigation. He assured me that this was an isolated incident involving one of his representatives and took full responsibility for the lack of communications and response. He cleared up several misconceptions concerning the repairs and in my view rescued the reputation of this company. Had I thought to contact Mr. Yates earlier, many if not all of these problems may have been averted.

"Stephen M I wanted to have some extensive work done on my Roof and I contacted Roof It Forward. The Representative who came to discuss the project was Mr. Jeremy Clendenin. He was professional, cordial, and very informative in our discussion, so I decided to have a Roof Replacement and have his company do the job with him as my representative. He then submitted his proposal which was quite comprehensive and covered all the areas & items that were necessary for the project. Jeremy liaised with my insurance and me and we agreed and accepted his proposal. Jeremy and I then agreed on a date for the project. Early on that morning the workmen came and started working on the roof, and by the evening the old shingles on the roof were removed and the new shingles installed. The workmen returned early the next morning and completed the job and removed all the debris that fell around the house and left the area clean. After the workmen were done, Jeremy came by and checked roof and the area around the house, and then contacted me to do the same. The job was done to my satisfaction, and I was quite happy with its completion. During my interactions with Jeremy, we developed a great relationship, I was able to call him anytime to discuss anything and he was always available. Jeremy is a great guy and a worthy Representative of his company ARAC Roof It Forward."

"We recently had our entire roof system replaced by PGRS and we highly recommend them! There are literally dozens of roofing companies locally, and I met with a number of them, but PGRS was by far more professional, reliable and customer service oriented than any other!! From the initial introduction of our project manager, Jason Loyd, to the first interview/ quote and finally the completion, PGRS stood out among all of the other companies. Jason was the reason we decided to go with PGRS as he was on-time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and candid about the process and his recommendations. He did not rush the first meeting and took the time to address all my concerns and questions. He was able to answer every question I had and provide realistic/ accurate timelines for our project. Since our roof damage was due to weather, we were working with our insurance company through the process, which Jason made himself available to support whenever we requested. I believe that Jasons knowledge and presence upon the insurance inspection was the key reason that our insurance covered as much as they did. He made himself available by phone at all time, even taking calls after hours for unexpected weather questions /delays. When Jason was not available to us, the owner and operations manager, Edward, made himself available, even coming out to our property to discuss some concerns. A few small issues did arise, as does with any project, but Jason and Edward were very quick to respond, plan and correct anything we were not happy with. In the end, we were very happy with PGRS, and their entire team, including Ceslie and Kelly in the office! We recommend PGRS above anyone else!!"
