During the project, it was mentioned that removing the old floors took longer than expected, followed by a comment that they wouldn’t charge extra for it. That felt unnecessary, since the timing estimate should have been accounted for upfront. Also, I noticed a few small holes in the bathroom grout. It’s a small space and not a major issue, but something I think could have been tightened up a bit more.
