Kevin was the first person to call me, I explained what was going on he asked a series of questions and eventually referred me to the installer of the system. Informing me there should be a minimum one year installers warranty, to figure out whom installed it and to get them back out as to not void my manufacture warranty by allowing someone else work on the system. I received and used information from my broker and the same day 4/24/26 called the original installer and they are coming today 4/28/26 to fix this brand new system. "Paul identified and resolved several issues with my HVAC system. It is a three zone system with dampers, one of which had failed. Though he hoped to replace the server, it was non-standard and he had to cut into the plenum and replace the entire damper unit. Plus the layout of the system was such that access to the area was unusually difficult. He also serviced the outside condenser unit more thoroughly than I have seen over the years. And installed one wi-fi thermostat and moved another. I felt that his charges were very reasonable considering all that was asked of him.
