"They did exactly what they said they would do in our estimate and more. They even fixed an exhaust duct that had been damaged previously by another contractor. They ( Moises Garcia and his co worker) were on time, highly professional, did a fabulous job of clean up and it did not take as long to install as we thought it would. "The technician was on time and courteous.  My A/C wasn't blowing any cold air, so he checked the air handler first, then checked the heat pump.  The freon was very low, 1.5 pounds in a 3.5 pound system, so he charged the unit with freon.  The air was fine after that.  He did a check for leaks from the evaporator coil "on the house" and showed me that the coil was losing coolant from several spots.  He recommended that an engineer come have a look about a system replacement since it was impossible to tell how long the coolant was leaking - the main issue being that the coil had several leaking spots.
Overall the service went well.  The price was a function of the high price of freon ($90 or so per pound), so it could have been any HVAC company getting dinged on the price issue.

"I was a little disappointed up front because when I called to make an appointment they let me know about some fine print that was not clearly displayed on the deal that i had purchased- I have 2 HVAC units and this deal was only for 1 Unit so I ended up eating another $200 for the service I thought I was paying for- i expressed my concern with the consultant on the phone but nothing was offered to me at a discount.
The two service members that came to the home were very respectful and did a great job except they forgot to turn one of my HVAC units back on Saturday to fix it without any hesitation. The service performed was well worth it and my dryer has never worked better and our vents are cleaner and our HVAC units are running more efficiently.
