Hammond Services

Two recent HVAC experiences inspired this recommendation and this warning. I recently called CW Comfort Solutions and was more than pleased. For a very reasonable fee, CW came out, inspected the heating system at the Henry Herald building, and fixed up what was in need of repair. I would highly recommend CW any day of the week. 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, before I called CW, I made the mistake of calling Hammond Services, Inc.. They inspected that same heating system, made no repairs, and charged OVER TRIPLE the fee!! It was a disgusting, wicked, outrageous way to treat a customer. I confronted Hammond with this fact after CW had treated me well, but Hammond obstinately defended their rip-off price and so-called service. Hammond left me with nothing but disappointment and regret that I had ever reached out to their company. I wish I'd never heard of Hammond. I hope to save others this save others this same disappointment. Call CW first -- I wish I had! I wouldn't call Hammond Services again even if they were the last HVAC company in town. 0 out of 10.

Courteous, professional, explained everything, discussed problems, didn't overcharge. Double checked everything. Will definitely use them again!

Plumber was friendly and helpful and got the job done as neatly as possible

They sold me parts for a system that actually needed to be replaced. They got as money as they could then told me that the inducer was rusted and cracked. This company puts profits above their customers. Now I have a $700 blower motor sitting in a worthless system. They even sold me a maintenance package on my worn defective system. Crooks.

The team that installed my heating and air did a great job. They were personable, knowledgeable and hard workers. They took precautions to keep the area they were working clean. That included vacuuming and removing trash. Great customer service.

We use Hammond for multiple services. We appreciate their professionalism! Kevin did a great job with the plumbing repair.

I’m very please with the work performed by the plumber and electrician that Hammond sent out. Both were professional , they explained the work done and provided recommendations where needed. I highly recommend Hammond for your plumbing and electrical needs. I would hire them again. My experience was pleasant from start to finish and they accommodate my scheduling needs.

Justin was great. He had another employee with him (didn't catch his name) and both were super professional, kind and knowledgeable. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, they educated me each step of the way of what and why they were doing what they were doing. Very personable and very comfortable to be around. Will call and request him specifically if we need plumbing services again.

We were very pleased with Ben’s work. He detected the problem and proceeded to fix it, we signed up for a PMA with Hammond Services. Thanks to Ben!

overpriced, no receipt given, refused to upgrade faucet fixings and replaced old with sub standard fittings, that are not complete. Over charged for work completed that should have been much less especially a water heater installation that had ALL material and water heater already provided for them. Will NEVER use them again

A very scary prospect...opening a wall you do not know what you will find. The process went very well. James is a very professional and personable young man. He informed me of my options and did not pressure me on the selection. I look forward to working with James and Hammond Services in the future on other projects.
