I honestly couldn't have contacted someone more professional, knowledgeable and sincere... respectful of my home, gave a step by step run-down on what he was doing and seeing with my hvac system, thorough analysis, etc. I won't be using anyone else for my heating and air needs moving forward. Wow!!! I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company. I received a call in 5-10 mins of my request by Kevin and a few hours later Andre was here. Both high quality individuals. I am so very impressed. The work is scheduled to be done soon. Iâ  ll update my experience at the end but I wanted to write a review today because I am very happy with my experience.

Mr. McCray did an excellent job repairing my heating unit. He is a man of his word, and was very attentive. I will definitely utilize his services, in the future, for my heating and air conditioning maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend using his services.

My experience was the beginning of what I feel will be a long relationship. Kevin is very professional, reliable and honest, my furnace went out and I got several estimates from other companies. Most wanted to charge me From 700 dollars or more to replace the control board to replacing the entire unit because it is 24 years old. I almost considered the pitches and bit. Kevin came thru and determined it was not the control board but a limiting switch, saving me hundreds of dollars. He came on a Saturday and even got the part, which no one else even tried to do. The best they come do was to come back on Monday.Unfortunately it was the wrap part and I was a lil disappointed. I did not want my Family to go the whole weekend without heat and the next day was Super Bowl Sunday, everyone was closed.Kevin not only got the part on Super Bowl Sunday but also came out to my home early in the morning and installed it. I had heat by 11 am.. I will replace my entire unit this summer and when I do, The Peopleâ  s Champ will be putting it in or the person I call or use to maintain it. I salute him and most of all for me , itâ  s a black owned business, run by a young Black family Man, trying to come up and take care of his family as well .. I highly recommend this business..

This guy came out and checked my heating system out was so great so great I would recommend this guy to anyone that’s having problems with their heating .

As it is wise to do when planning for any big home improvement job, I spoke with a few different professionals before hiring The People's Champ to install my new furnace. My first conversation with Kevin, sensing his genuineness, kindness, knowledge, and professionalism, I knew that I was hiring The People's Champ. I called the other companies back to let them know, since that seemed the courteous thing to do. Kevin did an excellent and complete job. My house is warm and cozy, which was not the case a few weeks ago. Add to that, I have a new furnace with a very generous extended warranty, which Kevin of The People's Champ kindly registered for me. This was simply a good and blessed experience. I am thankful and grateful for Kevin and The People's Champ Heating and Cooling. This was a home improvement experience that absolutely improved my quality of life.
