Matt was the best HVAC tech we've used in the past 4 years. He arrived on time and well prepared. We had a minor issue with our furnace that he repaired at no cost, and went over multiple options to solve our AC issue in detail, not just offering the most expensive option. Replacement was done quickly and professionally - he and his coworker were both very friendly. Our questions were answered honestly and completely. We would use him again and recommend without reservation. The "4-star" instead of 5 on the Value For the Money question was simply because I feel that AC units in general are over-priced...just an opinion!

We called "Good to Go" for an estimate to replace our old and reported to be failed air conditioning system. Mr. Kaurin visited us and inspected the unit He reported that the air compressor's low voltage source was disconnected and that the capacitor was bad. He replaced and repaired the unit and had it operating within 1/2 hour of his visit. We will have "Good to Go" replace both our furnace and A/C system when either system becomes un-repairable.
