"Raymond, Jamie and Mitch brought in a horizontal drilling team and replaced the blown out galvanized main water feed from the street meter to the house in 8 hours. 80' of new poly 1" water line all the way into the basement with zero impact to our landscape (see photo). "Great job, Excelsior arrived earlier than expected after checking to be sure it was OK to come early. When they arrived the immediately went to work removing the old water heater wasting no time. The job was completed within a couple of hours. The work was high quality and the new water heater works well. I checked several other plumbers and his pricing is in line with other plumbers in the area. Netting it down, excelsior does quality work in the time frame promised and at a reasonable price. "Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.
