MARSHALL PLUMBING

We had Marshall Plumbing out a few months back. The job wasn't huge but definitely difficult. The supply line from the water meter, under our driveway, had a leak. That's right, under the driveway. I had visions of a ripped up driveway, trench diggers, etc.. But Mike and team were able to do some nifty work to pull another pipe underneath using the old pipe. When I say, pull I mean, hooking it up with a high-strength cable to two trucks, using one as a anchor and the other one pulling. It was amazing. There was no guarantee it would work and it was not without difficulties. There were several times I thought they weren't going to be able to pull it all through but they kept working at it and it finally got through. On top of the hard work, the price was REALLY reasonable, especially compared to the significantly more expensive options if that didn't work. We will be switching to Marshall Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Thanks Mike.

Over $500 for 3 shut off vavles. Just $75 a piece if you go somewhere else. They sawed off the old stuff damaging the internals on all 3 toilets. Not 30 mins after they left did I notice the toilets were not filling at all. So I called Trent back and he told me it would be 2 days to come back. What? My toilets worked just fine now they don't. Help!?! After begging him to comeback he convinced me it was just time to replace them and I said ok. Not realizing I was about to be stranded he said we should be able to replace all of the internals myself. He was aware that I am disabled with a spinal cord injury. 2 days later I still had no toilets because we could not figure out how to replace them. So I decided to leave some poor reviews and call a new plumber. Not 30 mins later Trent calls up attacking me for leaving a bad review. I wad told Mike would be calling but he clearly never did. Come to find out the toilets just needed to be replaced. Call Manning plumbing. They came over, went through everything and found the best solution. They also made it to my house in 30 mins and stayed all day till the job was done right. Now I have the owner attacking me for my reviews. Be aware

I was thinking the toilet needed to have a seal replaced. Trent came in and within a few minutes found that the bolt on the toilet tank was loose and leaking tank water onto the wood floor. He replaced the bolts needed and waited to see to if it leaked after tightening. Thanks for everything!

Marshall Plumbing recently replaced our hot water heater. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job of replacing my hot water heater. They cleaned up completely and hauled off the old hot water heater. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Marshall Plumbing answered all of my questions completely. The quote they gave me for the work was competitive and the final cost was for the quoted amount.

They were very responsive, showed up on time, did the job quickly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and WILL hire them again when we do complete bathroom remodel!

I will not recommend Angie’s list to anyone because of following reasons: This week my next door neighbor asked me about my issue (leaking faucet), if that has been resolved. My respond to him, “yes but it cost arm & leg almost $200.00”, again he asked me “how that so, I responded to him “ I had to go 18 miles down the road to city plumber & supply and I had to pay $40.00 out of poker to get the parts and also $150.00 for labor, he told me “Ross I am sorry but this is seniors abuse” and he goes how they can sleep with this kind of behavior, he added why you had to pay for the parts. Again he added “if they were charging you $150.00 for parts and labor I would say it is still high” and he recommended me to write a review.

Excellent work at a fair price.

Not happy since we had to pay and not get anything done.

Mike was professional and very helpful answering questions as this was my first home with a septic tank. The clog was cleared on the first try and they were neat, clean and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Marshall Plumbing! I

They told me they would be here late afternoon or early evening. Someone called me throughout the day to inform me when they would be here. They did come early evening and the job took about 20 minutes total. They were very professional and the work was excellent. I was expecting to pay over a hundred dollars but I was kind of shocked by the cost. I don't know if I could afford to call them for a big job. I am sure it would be first class but it was a little pricey....

Removed the two old toilets and installed two new toilets. Did a great job, both toilets are working well. I will be calling with more projects in the future. Thanks Rafael and Marshall Plumbing!

Rafael with Mike's assistance was able to determine the leak location.  Rafael then did an excellent job of excavating around the water line, isolating and replacing a broken joint in the line.  The job was done professionally from beginning to end.
