As an interior designer, I've had the opportunity to work with Brian and Excelsior on several projects including my own remodel. Brian is always professional with excellent attention to detail and a deep knowledge that only comes with being a 3rd generation plumber. On my personal project, all three of these qualities were surely tested. Only weeks after moving into my new home, I had a gurgling toilet, laundry soap suds baking up into sink drains, and finally a back up into my guest bathtub. Brian first checked that all my vents were clear, but the problem returned. On his second visit, I watched a frustrated but determined Brian mentally walk thru all of the pipes he had laid months before and decide exactly where to cut out a section to scope. In doing so, he finally found the problem. A solid piece of scrap pvc was lodged inside one of the pipes acting as a one way valve! I really appreciated Brian listening to me, believing that there was a problem to find, and doing everything he could to find it and fix it. For these reasons I am quick to recommend Brian and Excelsior Plumbing.

Great job, Excelsior arrived earlier than expected after checking to be sure it was OK to come early. When they arrived the immediately went to work removing the old water heater wasting no time. The job was completed within a couple of hours. The work was high quality and the new water heater works well. I checked several other plumbers and his pricing is in line with other plumbers in the area. Netting it down, excelsior does quality work in the time frame promised and at a reasonable price. What else can you ask for --They will be my "go to" plumber.

We called to discuss connecting 2 water heaters.  They arrived promptly and agreed to do the work right then.  They also agreed to fix a leak issue at the same time.  They are fast, reasonable and friendly.  We plan to call them for help with a bathroom remodel and potentially a waterless heater. We recommend you give them a try.  Finding a reliable plumber can be a challenge.  We found ours.

We had a pipe burst in our basement during the cold snap in GA this year. I called him at the suggestion of a co-worker. he immediately returned our call and despite his being booked the entire day from early morning until late at night, he fit us in. he came over to the house ,checked out the situation and gave us a quote. one of the great things he does is he makes sure he looks at all your plumbing needs to make sure there are not issues which you were not aware of or might have missed. he let us know he was going to have to tear out our existing shower to fix the pipe. since they were going to have to fix the pipe anyway, we decided to redo the basement bathroom. Brian spoke with my husband about who he would need to complete the job and at the request of my husband, spoke to him about a tankless water heater for the house. Brian gave us a very fair price. he gave us the contact information for the tile installer, the dry wall installer, the painter and the frameless glass enclosure installer. he was there for every individual who came to work on the bathroom and worked with them, making sure they came, they did what they said they were going to and answered any of our questions. Brian fixed the pipe which burst as well as insulated it so that it wouldn't occur again, he installed our vanity and the granite top, he installed the new toilet, he installed the tankless water heater and all faucets/shower heads etc. not one time did he push, there was no hard selling, nor did he suggest un-needed repairs. Brian is professional, personable, knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. i would recommend him to anyone, and for me,that is saying a lot ! we are going to call him back when we renovate our kitchen and two other bathrooms.
