Job was completed quickly with quality replacement water heater and next day service to replace water pressure regulator valve. A freeze faucet was also installed for the front of the house to replace a 35 year old faucet.

After experiencing significant delays and frustration with American Home Shield (AHS) in trying to get my gas hot water heater replaced, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Shane does great work. He gave me a great quote over the phone and when the job was completed I got an invoice for that exact amount. No upcharges.
