Landon Jones did an excellent job with repairing the leaking faucet in the my shower. He was very informative and told me what he was doing every step of the way. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I would def call him back for further services needed. I also would recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing services

Landon Jordan is terrific. Have contracted his services twice now. Mere perfection! Outstanding quality work. Talk about getting the job done, and correctly. Worked long hours for us, on a 1960’s house. Galvanized piping, hardware that didn’t meet current code. He wouldn’t take shortcuts or risk us having future challenges. Would refer him and the company to anyone!! Many thanks, Kirk M.

I had an inground water leak. Plumber said he could "try" to fix the leak for $1300-$1400 with no guarantee or fix the leak by replacing entire water supply line for $2500 with a 10-year warranty. I chose the option to fix the leak and have a 10-year warranty. Plumber installed the new water line but refused to re-connect my inground sprinkler he “capped” during the install. Connection was 6" away from new line. Plumber placed a PVC cap on the irrigation pipe thus disabling my sprinkler system. I asked him to reconnect sprinkler which he refused saying his "license didn't allow him to touch irrigation/sprinkler line". (Discovered later this was a lie.) He said I had to hire a "sprinkler company" to reconnect it. This paragraph is all hindsight "after I paid $2557". Plumbpro failed to get required permit from county. New line was buried 4" - 5" in many places (code is 12") and didn’t install several valves, County inspector contacted Plumbpros regarding lack of permit. Plumbpros got the permit but had to re-work everything, bury the line properly and add some required valves not originally installed. Finally, the work passed county inspection. Sprinkler company cost an additional $800 to repair cut/damaged sprinkler lines caused by installing new water line and reconnect sprinkler to main water line. I learned original leak was $3 PVC fitting that had cracked on the sprinkler section of entire water system. I have pictures/proof of everything. Plumbpros sold me $2557 of unnecessary work and I had to pay someone else (sprinkler company) to fix the original problem! Plumbpros sent me a refund check for $450 to cover not re-connecting sprinkler system. Complaint has been filed with State.

It pains me to write a review like this, but I am going to as a warning to others out there. I was in distress when I hired these guys to replace my water main. I'd been billed for an extra 15000 gallons of water in a single month, and there was absolutely no indication where this water had gone. I had no mud puddles in the yard, no smells, nothing. I was greatly concerned there was a cavern being opened up under my slab, and I needed a solution quickly. Now that I have hindsight, I think it is important to tell everyone about my experience as honestly as possible. For the good side, I was able to get someone from Plumbpros on a Friday afternoon. We opened the water bill that morning which alerted us to a problem. I tried turning off everything at the cut off valve in the house and the meter was still spinning. Turning off at the street stopped the meter, proving beyond doubt my main line from the street to the house was broken. By about 5 or 6pm, we had a plumber on site. It went down hill from there. In my worried state, I AGREED TO A BAD SOLUTION. I take full responsibility for allowing them to schedule and install things the way they did, but I believe wholeheartedly that they should not have recommended this solution. I will explain. They recommended abandoning the original water line completely and allowing them to run a new one using PEX. The original was copper, I am pretty sure. I was fine with PEX as most people would be. The problem is that rather than running the line under the slab and into the water heater closet in the garage, they opted to bore into the slab right on the outside wall and install the line using clamps right into the sheet rock, around the top of the wall, and through a hole into the water heater closet. I will NEVER understand why I agreed to having it done this way except to say that with 15k gallons of water pooling under my house, I was pretty stressed about a much greater problem if this wasn't stopped immediately. I believe the technical plumbing details of the work were good. I am not worried that I will have another leak or that anything will necessarily go wrong with what they installed. I do however believe that in order to restore value to my home I will have to have another contractor come in and at least redo the part from the yard into the water heater closet so that it is properly located under the house. If I am extremely lucky, this will be able to be done without tearing up the yard again. Speaking of tearing up the yard. The dig team cut my sprinkler. Plumbpros fixed that as part of the job without charging any extra, but they left the pipes excavated and exposed. So I had to get out there with my shovel and a rake after work and start working to refill the holes they left. I found that my sprinkler system valves were dug up, so I also had to rebury those as well. It was slapdash and should have been included in the price they charged for the job. I also watched as the plumber was working and noticed he was about to use a plastic coupling. He had assured me they only use brass. When I asked he said everybody uses them all the time, but then proceeded to install a brass part. Again, I hate leaving a less than stellar review for anyone. Especially when they give me a guilt trip on the way out from the job about how a good review is something they need. But I simply cannot provide a perfect review especially when I now feel taken advantage of and left with a mess.

Thorsten was on time for the appointment, "this means the world to me, I can't stand people to be late for appointments". He was very informative, personable and professional. He diagnosed the low pressure throughout my entire home and replaced the pressure reducing valve which he also informed me would reduce my water bill - I love saving $$$. Its well worth the investment in the long run!!! Also replaced two toilets that were about old as dirt and constantly run and had other leaky issues...I was very pleased with the service and would recommend The PLUMB PROS to anyone that had any plumbing issues. The PLUMP PROS will definitely be my 1st and only call the next time I have any plumbing problems.

We had several toilets in the house that needed internal tank repairs, due to age. PlumbPros was able to send a plumbing technician out to the house the next day, in the middle of the week. Their plumber, Torsten, arrived earlier than scheduled the following day (a rarity in the home repair field I've found), and was the consumate professional during the entire repair work. His long term knowledge of the plumbing field was also immediately evident. He was able to complete the repairs in a timely manner, all the while keeping me informed of the work that was being accomplished. In addition to fixing the toilets, he was able to adjust the water flow for the sinks in the master bathroom, a problem caused apparently by builder error. He further diagnosed future issues that might arise from the existing hardware, without any pressure for upsell of service. I would highly recommend PlumbPros for any home plumbing work needed in the greater Atlanta-Metro area, and will definitely utilize them again.

My water heater burst and I called Plumbpros for help. They sent out the plumber to assist with the issue. My whole house was flooded. Plumbpros sent out a team to help me move. They took charge contacting the insurance co and making sure I was set up in a hotel and that all the repair were completed. I could never imagine something like a water heater could do so much damage. I can only give praise to Plumbpros and the team they sent to assist me with this major problem. I would refer and use them again. K.Reese

The experience was not one I wanted to go thru but the professional service I received was second to none. The plumber was awesome he described everything in great detail so I knew exactly what to expect and the price was very reasonable for the job considering what they had to do. I was very pleased with the professionals that worked on my sewerline thru the hottest part of the day and never complained once. Job was completed on time and on budget with no surprises. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you THORSTEN and RICHARD you guys were great

Excellently, the scheduler was courteous and efficient and the technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough, And since the repair was on the installation of a new shower two years earlier, there was no charge for this repair.

If there is truly an art to customer service Plumbpros has perfected it. A particularly stubborn clog in my sewer line took three days to correct. I am convenience most plumbers would have simple told me I would have to have my yard ripped up and the line replaced at substantial cost. I am particularly grateful to Thorsten Krick for his persistence and skill, saving me money and my yard. Seriously folks, this is a no brainer. If you have a plumbing problem, call Plumbpros.
