The only reason I rated them a B is the install crew nicked a wire and did not disclose it which caused a system failure 3 days later. Estes was out the same day of system failure and fixed the problem wire and installed a complete new electrical box to the unit - which was totally above and beyond."

"Management needs to know the right materals for installers. Salesperson Mr. Clarence did a great job. But, It took 3 times to install the right materials in more than a month. The first installer did not care enough to finish the project, leaving a poor job. Finally, the great Mr. Sean Garrett and Kevin Guzmán, (installers) did a spectacular, flawless job. Recommend the company they should have customer service and top notch installers like Sean. Excellent job. Logistic need to step up."
