"Andy is a very professional and meticulous person We had an issue with our Ac , the drain pipes were clogged so water was leaking inside our basement, he cleared the blockage and made sure everything was draining properly outside . Also he noticed there was a musty smell in the basement, so he recommended adding a return which has made all the difference He is an expert at troubleshooting, you can tell he knows what he is doing . He made other suggestions on how to mantain our unit so they are more efficient and last longer. He is Polite , honest and very reasonable. "Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
