Bathtub Installation and Replacement
We got a brochure from Costco for a Jacuzzi shower replacement. After meeting the sales person we signed a contract. Installers came a few weeks later. Xavier as the lead did most of the work, and Alexas and Benjy assisted him. All guys were professional and did a good job. Our shower looks great...now we just need to get the glass wall and door installed.

The installers, Pablo and Brian replaced a shower for my elderly mother. They were professional and explained everything they were doing. We ran into a hiccup with some exposed copper that needed to be moved for our low profile pan. Pablo made sure a plumber came out on a Saturday to correct the issue. The guys came back Monday morning and completed the new shower. It looks great, my Mom is super happy with the look and functionality. Thank you Pablo and Brian for making this a great experience for my Mom and I.

Xavier and his crew, did my renovation and did it as expected! They were fantastic! They kept me involved the entire time, walked me through everything, asked questions when there were choices to be made and truly cared about the product they were installing. Bathtub Installation and Replacement
There is a critical design flaw with the shower systems Jacuzzi installs. They require you to use a specific vendor for the shower glass (because they only do the surrounds and plumbing) to maintain the warranty. The shower glass is frameless, but the shower pan Jacuzzi installs is flat with no rim. And there is a 1/4 gap at the bottom of the frameless door allowing lots of water to spill out on the floor while using the shower. So while they do it in one day and the work itself is good, I have effectively paid $17,000 for a shower that leaks everywhere every time we use it. And if we were to install framed glass, it would invalidate the warranty.

Whole experience with Jacuzzi was great friends m the salesman to the installers. I could have had it done cheaper but not at as good of a product and guarantee. Also the pay for a year without interest was the clincher.

I was very impressed with the team of Eric and TJ that came out to my house for the replace and install. They removed all of my old tile and tub and had to redo the pipe work because we moved the location of my tub. They explained everything going on and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The end results were even better than I expected! I am so impressed at the service and the quality of the end results.

The salesman, Gabriel Hamlin , and the installers, Xavier Miles and Keyshawn, could not have done a better job. Explanation of service was clear and concise. Gabriel helped us through the process of making decisions of design and pricing. Then the very next day our old unsafe tub was replaced by a beautiful and safe shower. Xavier and Keyshawn made sure they did no damage , that the job was done perfectly and that all our questions were answered before they left. With a lifetime warranty Jacuzzi stands behind their product. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

The Insallers Xavier and Joseph make a wonderful team. They were so polite and pleasant to work with. I'm getting a second bathtub replaced next Fri and have requested Xavier and Joseph for my 2nd Install. They were very careful and precise with their work. My 1963 year old bathroom looks amazing because of them. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Jacuzzi Bathroom Remodeling Company. They really care about Customer Service.
