"I called R.Wiley, Heating and Air, and Leonard came out right away. Rather than immediately telling me that I needed to replace the system because it was so old, he searched first what the problem could be. He replaced a part, but it turned out that this was not going to work very well because my furnace was just too old. It helped a bit but it was only a temporary fix to keep the furnace going for a while longer. We then decided that I would have to replace the system. He did NOT charge me for the part or for the service call! The price he quoted for a new system, was very reasonable, and on top of that, he gave me a discount because I am a service contract client. Then, two days later, because of the very cold weather, my system decided to quit altogether on Saturday morning. I left a message on Leonards phone asking if they could come out the next Monday to install the new furnace instead of the Tuesday we had agreed on. He called me back a few hours later and told me that they had made some arrangements with the supplier of the furnace and that they would COME OUT THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS A SUNDAY!!!! They installed the system on Sunday and in the evening my house was comfortably warm again! This is amazing service that you don't see very often! It made me bless the day I signed the service contract with R. Wiley Heating and Air a few years ago! I Can really recommend this company for its courteous, friendly, and professional service!"

Over some 20 years, I've had a good experience with the company staff and its technicians and their work. I would consider them for bids on replacement systems as needed. "There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall". He said, "no problem" and he checked that out, he said, "I feel like I'm not doing anything, I can still check the air conditioner", and I said, "if you want to, but I've been running it all summer and it's been great". I asked him there was a charge and he said, "no, the first year was free"."
