"Rep made recommendations about replacement of coils vs. entire system.  The rep as well as the technicians/installation team were very knowledgeable.  Our unit is inside a very tight space in our attic.  I was very nervous about how they were going to get it out through the house without making a huge mess.  I was pleasantly surprised that all the work was done quickly and there was no mess.  It was also scheduled immediately and they told us it would be done in 8 hours and they were done in 6 hours.

"There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall". He said, "no problem" and he checked that out, he said, "I feel like I'm not doing anything, I can still check the air conditioner", and I said, "if you want to, but I've been running it all summer and it's been great". I asked him there was a charge and he said, "no, the first year was free"."
