"Andy is a very professional and meticulous person We had an issue with our Ac , the drain pipes were clogged so water was leaking inside our basement, he cleared the blockage and made sure everything was draining properly outside . Also he noticed there was a musty smell in the basement, so he recommended adding a return which has made all the difference He is an expert at troubleshooting, you can tell he knows what he is doing . He made other suggestions on how to mantain our unit so they are more efficient and last longer. He is Polite , honest and very reasonable. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
