"Fantastic service! We have a nice sodded lawn over the septic tank. They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"Alan and Colby are real hard workers and they were confronted with a huge problem at my job. I didn't know where my two septic tanks were and after them searching for it they suggested getting a map from the department that controls septic tanks. Now with the map in hand we discovered that one of the tanks was under a stone pathway that my landscaper installed years ago and failed to check were my septic tanks were before installing the path. So Alan and Colby had to dig up the tanks which were 4 feet underground. To make matters worse my property has numerous fences and expensive landscaping that would be destroyed by machines. I paid more for the job but it had to be done and they were able to service the tanks and add extensions to the tanks so they can be serviced in the future without having to dig them up. They are called Risers. So I highly recommend A-C Septic Company for your job. They are very friendly and know what they are doing. 5 Stars. "
