"I was hoping to see what was installed at every stage of the process. Feel a little in the dark about what is buried underneath the concrete and the process. Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. The workers were diligent and helpful wiith moving some of the junk in the basement. Job was done quickly and the areas left clean."

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"The reason why I give them 5 stars is because they respond and install my water heater in Less than 24 hours. The technician who run my call show that he has knowledge about that job. When the job was done he explained how the new water heater work and what to if help is need it. He also explained and showed me the deficiency of the valves and recomended to be changed. It would take days for the pilot light ignition to dry out and for me to be able to relight it so that we could have hot water again. AquraGuard to the rescue! I called AquaGuard and I was sent a hero whose name was Robbie. Robbie came out, looked at my basement and was able to give me a schematic detailing exactly what I needed to have done to get my basement dry and safe. Robbie connected me with Cody, another person at AquaGuard. Cody explained to me that financing was available for anyone who needed it. What a blessing! I did get estimates from other companies, but AquaGuard came in with the highest recommendations and most reasonable price for the extent of work needed. Because my house was going on to the market for sale AquaGuard was able to expedite the project start date. Thank goodness! It took 3 full days for the project to be completed and I couldn't have asked for a better team! The men who came out were Raphael (Foreman) , Jared (Co-Foreman), Marcus, and Daniel. They were kind, professional, and courteous. They even allowed me to ask questions as the work progressed. They were kind enough to stop and teach me everything that they were doing. It did not seem to slow their work at all. Even the electrician, David, that AquaGuard sent out to install a designated outlet for the new sump pump was delightful.
