"My basement was a hot mess! It flooded so badly that my hot water heater's pilot light often went out. It would take days for the pilot light ignition to dry out and for me to be able to relight it so that we could have hot water again. AquraGuard to the rescue! Robbie came out, looked at my basement and was able to give me a schematic detailing exactly what I needed to have done to get my basement dry and safe. I did get estimates from other companies, but AquaGuard came in with the highest recommendations and most reasonable price for the extent of work needed. Because my house was going on to the market for sale AquaGuard was able to expedite the project start date. Thank goodness! It took 3 full days for the project to be completed and I couldn't have asked for a better team! The men who came out were Raphael (Foreman) , Jared (Co-Foreman), Marcus, and Daniel. They were kind, professional, and courteous. They even allowed me to ask questions as the work progressed. They were kind enough to stop and teach me everything that they were doing. It did not seem to slow their work at all. Even the electrician, David, that AquaGuard sent out to install a designated outlet for the new sump pump was delightful. Today my basement is dry and it looks like a completely new area...because it is! I highly recommend AquaGuard to anyone who has any problems with basement flooding."

"Eddie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and personable and set a date and time for the following week to do the job. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. This malady in my floor was preventing me from installing hardwood flooring so I am very happy it is done!

"Representative showed up exactly on time; offered estimate and did not charge a service fee when I did not initially accept his offer.  After shopping, I found that his price was "average," but the service and quality of the product were worth using this company over less reputable plumbers to save a few bucks.

The representative returned quickly on a Saturday to perform the work and made a special effort to clean up the work area (better than he found it).  He also offered good advice on all questions, whether they were related to the work he performed or not.  He even found a way to charge a little less (using a discount associated with an annual service plan) than originally quoted.

My only complaint is that he emptied the old water heater in my lawn, which killed a section of grass - An innocent mistake."

"I contacted Mr. Franklin for what I thought was regular maintenance. I had never had the septic pumped before and was unsure where the tank was located as there were no visible indication of the piping. Mr. Franklin poked around but could not locate the piping so he contacted the County Health Department and obtained a copy of the blue print outlining the location of the septic tank. Turns out the line was inactive and the tank did not need to be pumped. After all the trouble Mr. Franklin went through between the drive out here, the hour he spent poking around trying to find the septic tank and waiting for the county to call back, he refused to accept any money from me. He would not even accept a trip charge. In a world were honesty just doesn't seem to exist anymore, it is so good to know that there are still trustworthy businesses out there! Mr. Franklin's knowledge of what to look for toppled with the time he took just to educate me is just priceless! I wish all businesses was like Franklin Septic!"
