It did not seem to slow their work at all. Even the electrician, David, that AquaGuard sent out to install a designated outlet for the new sump pump was delightful. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. "Representative showed up exactly on time; offered estimate and did not charge a service fee when I did not initially accept his offer.  After shopping, I found that his price was "average," but the service and quality of the product were worth using this company over less reputable plumbers to save a few bucks.

The representative returned quickly on a Saturday to perform the work and made a special effort to clean up the work area (better than he found it).  He also offered good advice on all questions, whether they were related to the work he performed or not.  He even found a way to charge a little less (using a discount associated with an annual service plan) than originally quoted.

My only complaint is that he emptied the old water heater in my lawn, which killed a section of grass - An innocent mistake."
