"My basement was a hot mess! It flooded so badly that my hot water heater's pilot light often went out. It would take days for the pilot light ignition to dry out and for me to be able to relight it so that we could have hot water again. AquraGuard to the rescue! "Eddie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and personable and set a date and time for the following week to do the job. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. This malady in my floor was preventing me from installing hardwood flooring so I am very happy it is done!

"Representative showed up exactly on time; offered estimate and did not charge a service fee when I did not initially accept his offer.  After shopping, I found that his price was "average," but the service and quality of the product were worth using this company over less reputable plumbers to save a few bucks.

The representative returned quickly on a Saturday to perform the work and made a special effort to clean up the work area (better than he found it).  He also offered good advice on all questions, whether they were related to the work he performed or not.  He even found a way to charge a little less (using a discount associated with an annual service plan) than originally quoted.

My only complaint is that he emptied the old water heater in my lawn, which killed a section of grass - An innocent mistake."
