"I had called a different company, scheduled a pro to change the main spigot outside which was damaged & rusty. I made an appointment for 12pm-4pm and about 11pm the pro called and said he couldn't make it today & would I reschedule for Monday. I called his office and told the scheduler that he had called to try to reschedule & she offered to get another pro. I said "No, I will try another pro". I called Ragsdale and the pro came straight over, changed the pipe line from inside to outside, added a new spigot and was done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this plumber and I will only call them next time!! Thanks Ragsdale!"

"David and helper Josiah (training and soon to be expert!) were very professional and friendly. They came out to give an estimate for removing tank water heater and installing tankless electric water heater. David was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my many questions. The estimate was detailed and explained perfectly. They showed up on time, did a perfect job and left the area perfectly clean. David explained to me how everything worked and again, answered all my questions. David and Josiah were friendly and even nice to my little dog, who barked at them until she realized they were "friends". David even gave her a treat! All you "dog people" know that is special. I highly recommend Palm Springs Plumbing for any job you need done! Oh and the lady in the office was so very nice, as well. Can't forget that, though I am sorry, I forgot her name."

"My basement was a hot mess! It flooded so badly that my hot water heater's pilot light often went out. It would take days for the pilot light ignition to dry out and for me to be able to relight it so that we could have hot water again. AquraGuard to the rescue! Robbie came out, looked at my basement and was able to give me a schematic detailing exactly what I needed to have done to get my basement dry and safe. Robbie connected me with Cody, another person at AquaGuard. Cody explained to me that financing was available for anyone who needed it. What a blessing! I did get estimates from other companies, but AquaGuard came in with the highest recommendations and most reasonable price for the extent of work needed. Because my house was going on to the market for sale AquaGuard was able to expedite the project start date. Thank goodness! It took 3 full days for the project to be completed and I couldn't have asked for a better team! The men who came out were Raphael (Foreman) , Jared (Co-Foreman), Marcus, and Daniel. They were kind, professional, and courteous. They even allowed me to ask questions as the work progressed. They were kind enough to stop and teach me everything that they were doing. It did not seem to slow their work at all. Even the electrician, David, that AquaGuard sent out to install a designated outlet for the new sump pump was delightful. Today my basement is dry and it looks like a completely new area...because it is! I highly recommend AquaGuard to anyone who has any problems with basement flooding."

"Greg was incredibly responsive to our initial request & all of our questions. Prior reviews of his work on Angie's List + direct conversations with recent customers provided outstanding references, so going with Crawl Space Doctor was an easy decision. Greg provided the most complete approach to solving our moisture and fungus problem. His approach toward a sump pump over a dehumidifier was counter to the recommendations from 2 other bidders but research on my part indicated he was correct in not taking the typical (yet unnecessary) approach.
Greg kept us informed of the project schedule every day, he checked in on his crew regularly, and we can't say enough good things about the work that his crew did on our formerly gross and unhealthy crawl space. They were prompt, neat, amazingly quiet for the amount of remediation they did and cleaned up the work site each day and upon departure. Our crawl space is clean enough to eat dinner down there and now suitable for storing some things I would never consider placing in our attic because of the intense heat up there in the summer months.

Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. This malady in my floor was preventing me from installing hardwood flooring so I am very happy it is done!
