Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. "Sundry's employees showed up on time and did the work that was promised in a timely fashion. My only negative was the fact that they left some muddy areas on the house and around the house that were not cleaned up. I expressed some concerns about the system that was installed and these were answered quickly to my satisfaction. I can only say that with the work that was done being located in an unseen area below my home only time will tell if it was done correctly. They do give a lifetime guaranty and they have been around for many years so I am fairly comfortable that there is some protection should things not work out."
