"Sundry's employees showed up on time and did the work that was promised in a timely fashion. My only negative was the fact that they left some muddy areas on the house and around the house that were not cleaned up. I expressed some concerns about the system that was installed and these were answered quickly to my satisfaction. Aaron is very polite and answered any question I had about the job so I proceeded with them. To me it was a catastrophic issue that needed immediate attention. Aaron completed the job of my entire upstairs drains being clogged with a few hours. I see some reviews stating they are pricey and that could very well be since I did want to wait around for multiple quotes that could have taken an extra day I went with them since they were the most responsive. "This is the 6th time I have used Coolray / Mr. Plumber for different projects over the past ten years and 3 in different homes. Each and every time they have been prompt and professional. They have always been clear on the issue and what was needed to fix it properly and permanently.

This time, I was replacing a vanity in a guest bathroom and realized mid-installation that my water supply lines were nowhere close to where I needed them to be to fit the new vanity. I'm pretty handy, but a plumber I am not. Rather than risk broken pipes and a flood, I called Mr. Plumber at 3:30pm on a Friday. The plumber assigned to my job, Brandon Thompson arrived just after 6:00pm, assessed what was needed within 5 minutes and got to work. An hour and a half later the job was done, cleaned up and ready to go.

Nobody wants to have an HVAC or plumbing problem, but if you do, these are the guys to call. Their techs and plumbers take pride in their trades and take the time to do the job the right way. Take it from a repeat offender, call them first or you'll be calling them later.

So glad I happened to call them 10 years ago on my first home.
